Frequently asked questions

Will it actually help, or is it another gadget for my drawer?

You’ll feel the warmth within seconds of switching it on. Then wear it through two full periods. If you don’t feel the comfort, we refund every cent and you keep the belt.

Can I really wear it to work?

Yes. It’s cordless and low-profile, so it sits under a loose blouse, a knit or a dress, and you can walk into a meeting with it on. It charges from any power bank, so power-outages don't stop it.

Is it safe to wear for hours?

The pad warms to 50°C to 60°C, so wear it over a thin layer of clothing and start on the lowest level. Gentle Guard™ caps the heat and switches the belt off after hours of inactivity.
